This is a great read about how to effectively integrate Appreciative Inquiry which is a strengths-based approach towards change. Appreciative Inquiry provides us with a way of inquiring that creates images of a generative and creative future.  It puts forth the notion that the world we create is done so through language but also acknowledges that we live in a world that defaults to order.  Much of that order is constructed upon data.  However, what we learn is that narrative plays a fundamental role in an emerging paradigm that focuses on the interconnection of all parts of a living system.
